I am looking at putting airbags on my 2003 F350 DRW but all the pics i see are 2wd trucks. I also pull a fifth wheel that weighs about 13,000#. Just wondering if i can bag this truck and still pull fifth wheel.

Welcome to the site.

Are you just wanting to install a helper air ride kit or are you wanting to bag all 4 corners?

I want to do all 4 corners. It will have 285/40-24 size tires and i need to still pull a fifth wheel all over the country for work.

I assume you have a straight axle in the front with leaf springs. Basically all you can do is just install a set of bags over the axle in the front and rear to get the upward lift you are needing. As far a bagging the truck to make it a bit lower you will need to get rid of the leaf springs for a link system or build some lowering shackles for them (will only lower the truck around 2").
