OK guys. 1999 ford F350. 8-10 adapters.....24 in freitliner directionals.....new 305/35/24 tires. fresh allignment, wheels have been trued and are perfectly round, and no tire issues.....

I get a shake at 60mph until about 70 and it smooths out. I have checked re-checked and checked again....nothing loose and all parts i.e. rotors, tie rod ends, ball joints, etc are fine. any ideas?

sounds like your flux capacitor is going..... lol sorry i had too are you lowered? you check out your driveshaft?

No problem... I can take the flux capcitor joke if itll help get rid of this phantom shaking. Better than a girly reference to the thingamig that holds on the whatchamcallit. Have not checked drive shaft but will do. Havent had any problems shifting or felt anything wierd transmission wise.

Carrier Bearing would be my first guess on the F350.

i have 2000 chevy and have same problem got 305/40/22 lexani havent got around to checking this out but need to i think its in the tires china made

If you have the new style Lexani tires that are NOT made by Nexen, then they are junk. We have had several sets here at the shop on SUVs that have had they belts hanging out after 5-6000 miles.

I always check the tie rod ends, ball joints, and carrier bearing when there is a vibration and probably 60% of the time it is the carrier bearing.

Has anyone used the DJM bracket linked below? it
was designed specifically for this exact issue. I'm
planning to order it for mine. (Mine shakes also)

mine is a obs and i used like a 1 inch spacer under the carrier bearing but it still viberates. i think it came from belltech originally maybe?

i prolly need to switch out the carrier bearing so...
