Do any of you guys know if belltech made 3" drop spindles? My truck isn't laying all the way out in the front, so I'm starting to think I only have 2" drop spindles. When I bought the truck it was already lowered, but the guy I got it from didn't know the particulars about it. Any easy way to tell what I got?

shit box 97...just bagged the front so far, ekstensive cups, dominator bags, stock upper and lower control arms, 225-70-16 tires, I'm a couple inches from anything hitting the ground, I've nothched for my tie rods and trimmed the pockets on the lower control arms and when it's all laid out they just about hit the pocket, also I have removed the inner fenders, but haven't cut inside of the fenders yet tires are touching, but I don't think that's what's holding me up that much.

yea, you can lay on stock spindles, 2inch, 3ich ect. drop spindles. you by chance have any pics ? from underneath i mean. you can take 5 of the same truck, and they will all sit midly differently. even doing the same setup. some guys get away with your setup. some guys pocket there lower arms 2 inches. cutting thr fenders up can hold you up for sure, but again, hard to tell without pics man. some guys cut down there bag cups also.

hey man, this is just a guess. But have you checked to see if your shocks in the front are bottoming out before the bag completely collapses? They may be holding you up still.

No, cause at the time I hadn't mounted the shocks when I first posted. I knew my inner fenders were holding me up, since then I have taken the fenders clear off so I could modfy them, but I'm still about an inch to inch and a half from the front laying flat. I haven't had a chance to get back on it since I took the fenders off. I'm guessng when I get back to it I will cut the cups down and try that. Cheaper than new spindles, plus when you do the three inch drop spindles it makes your lca below your wheel. The other thing now that think about it, it might just be my balljoints holding me up. So new arms might be the answer and probably better in the long run, but again not inexpensive.
