So I have made a couple posts on here before a while back but anyways I have a 98 c3500 chevy srw that I want to bag to lay frame flat and still be able to tow whatever I need to with it. I need to know what I need to get as far as bags go and how I should set up the rear. I'm going to be gathering parts for a while. Also can I set up the notch and whatever link setup I should use with the leafs still installed or is that a no lol. Any and all help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

first thing man, read old threads and posts on here. you will get so much knowledge from it. also, we will help you in right direction. best setup normally for towing is bag over axle or bag right behind axle. alot of guys run the triple stack bags. some run, slam re 8s, you have options. for the front id go, re 8s as well. if you wanted just lift in rear, you could go bag on bar, but thats not ideal at all for towing. you have so many options man. budget, time, toold, skills, all factor in. what size wheels you gonna run, lets start there.
