I recently bagged my dually and its like 2 inches from laying in the front. The lca is resting hard against the frame. Would a drop spindle help me out?

You are working on a 90's style chevy right? Spindles are required to lay frame. Go with 3", i prefer djm or belltech if you have the coin.

thanks. how does the spindle actually work. the lower control arm cant go up any higher. its already hitting the frame when the bags are compressed.

The drop spindles move the axle shaft up 3" without changing the location of the control arms. With the control arms hitting the frame, the spindles allow for 3" more drop. Unless you are running 24's, your stock arms with lay out with drop spindles. The upper balljoint will bind a bit and need modification running 22's If you are on a tire that is smaller diameter than a 265/35/22 you will be fine with just spindles and stock arms, not modded.
