Aren't you running a little too much tire for a 6/8 static? What size?

When you narrow the arms then you can run into trouble with them rubbing on the inside instead, especially while turning.

The arms on my 58/94 are narrowed a couple inches and it helps a lot, but I'm also running relatively skinny tires (215/85/16), and the fenderwells of the 58 body are a lot bigger too.

Its more than a 6 in front I cut a coil off the djm 3inch springs n now its settled lol . I can drive it fine just rubs alot on dips . I should just tub the front inners and be good.

If that's the only place it's rubbing then I say yeah, chop the fenderwells. If it's rubbing on the fender itself I'd be looking at changing tire sizes for a skinnier one or look further into narrowing the control arms.

Hmmm another thought, some of the dually front rotors are a 2 piece design where the spacer bolts to the rotor, others are formed as 1 piece. In the case of a 2 piece one I wonder if it would be possible to chop those instead. I don't have one readily available to look at but I'm thinking probably not since I think it flanges outward at the end. Trying to come up with a new shortened one from scratch would probably be too cost prohibitive.

Lock said he can only mill a 1/4 off the wheels. I have to run the flares so i can full u turn with no rub ect.
