If you go with semi wheels, you can convert your rotors over to 3/4 or 1 ton fleetside ones but you need to extend your control arms 2.5-3". I am not sure if it will work with 16's or 19's or even direct bolt on 22 or 24's if you happened to come across a set. Michigan Metal Works makes extended control arms specifically for this, but are pricey, but bad ass as well. I will be ordering a set when I can afford them.

Some dodges and ford also have used a 2 piece extension and rotor, but unsure if the bolt patterns and length would be correct. You can find them on ebay. Newer chevy's also used them but I believe they are a different pattern.

I spoke with trevor about building a set that had the 10 bolt adapter built in and said the cost would be very expensive just do to the size of blank he would need to machine them out of.

I've seen the 2 piecers on Chevy's, but it's been so long I can't remember exactly which ones. Pretty sure it's going to come down to not only year model but also which supplier provided that particular set of rotors. They're out there, but how easily available, no idea. Sorry
