around 40psi=rolling/draggin
60psi=1/4"
80psi=1/2"
100=3"
120=5"
150=7"
180=8" or maxed out.

these are just off the head guessin for a 80s with a SBC

not exact just heads up. and things like temparature will alter them some too, and full tank of gas, four fat people in the vehicle, trailer etc etc etc

cool cool. I never used gauges before so I have no idea along with running nitrogen on a fullsize extended cab, let alone a dually.

On my Dodge with the Cummins which is way heavy compared to big block or a 6.5. I'm running 60psi at cruise about 4" of lift. At 80psi I have about 2" between the top of the tire and the fender lip. I never run them over 85psi.

what size valves would you recommend with a 4545?? 3/8 or 1/2? I don't want it to be super fast. Do plan to body drop and would like some control. 1/2 - fill, 3/8 dumps??

I ran 3/8 valves on the Dodge. The front went up and down fine. But the rear went up fast and down slow, unless the trailer was connected to it. So I'm getting ready to do bags on my Chevy. And I'm going to run 3/8 on the up and 1/2 on the down.

dude that makes since. I didn't even think about it like that.

That's a great suggestion.
