98 crew cab SRW 1 ton 22" semis?

I've been doing a lot of research, and from what I've gathered, if I pick up this c3500 srw, bag it and use MMW front control arms, I can throw 22" semis on it and be alright without widening dually fenders or shortening dually rear? Forgive me if this is easier than I'm making it seem in my head. Let me know if there's anything I've missed.
