roll pan... what kinda and where?

I can get you a grant for $125 plus about $35 for shipping. That is exactly what I have on my 2000 chevy dually. Instead of buying a new hitch I just mounted mine on top of the frame instead of below it. I think I had to put like a 3/4 piece of steel on top of the frame to space it up to fit the roll pan nicely. This way I still have the 10000 lb hitch on it. I would have to check on the flip up plate, I don't know if grant makes one or not. I can send you pics if you want just let me know at
