Stretching rear dually fenders quote....?

see the thread titled 94 dually shop truck. Those are 22" townasty wheels on my truck and I still had to cut my fenders.......... fenders are cut and screwed together to be glassed back up. I have four hours in them so far...

why wouldnt they tuck?
