Squarebody front end swap

Has anyone ever seen a front end swap on a squarebody besides the newer front end? I mean something like an escalade or avalanche swap...

I remeber seeing a 03+ on a K5 Blazer. I thought it looked pretty ugly, I'll try to dig up a pic. I think you could pull it off, but it would be a lot of work. It looks like you would need to widen the hood and grill. I was considering trying this swap until I seen this truck.
