After the squarebody style the floor profiles changed significantly, there's no more big rise in the floor so the seats in newer trucks have riser brackets bolted on.
All you really have to do is remove the riser brackets and make your own brackets to adapt these seats to your floor. No biggie. I've seen a lot of people do it and typically they just make a simple framework out of 1" square tube with holes for bolting to the seat frame then tabs for bolting to the floor.
