search and seizures at shows

The whole hard-ass approach to confiscating weapons always cracks me up. I wonder under what authority they are performing these searches and confiscations.

I'm good with everyone playing by the rules. My issue is more with some Joe Blow performing unlawful searches and seizures on state property.

That's the kind of thing that gets people in trouble.

However, Arizona's State Constitution states you may open carry in a vehicle either in plain view OR in a glove box.

No, that's fine. But I was going to say that I don't really see a problem with them taking weapons away from a bunch of guys that plan on getting drunk and acting like idiots. From the stories I've heard and videos I've seen, guns are the last thing some of these guys need.
