Heres my toyota. I bought it through Trevor back in october i think...
Got her home with hopes of a fast build and driving it to spring bash in april... lol







Started the teardown and realised she was a lil too far gone to be a DD...









Thought no matter how bad some of the work was it didnt matter, all i needed was the front clip. Then i got a real look at it...

VISIBLY tweaked out of square. At this point i realised the only way to go with this truck is all out, meant a full frame, new front suspension, and alot more time invested than i first thought.

So i got to it by making a new frame on my shiny new frame jig..


Exterminating any trace of mexichrome


Shamelessly plugging my own lazer cut pieces...


Triangulated 4 link with the bags on the top bars..


New unmolested cab. The cab that came with the truck was channeled, im 6'3'' and could not physicly fit in it...


New A arms i made, and another shameless plug on my spiderweb gusset...


And this is where im at as of early december, havent touched it since...

I was going to ask how you were doing on that on your jap post
