You will also need 6 dually wheels.

if you have a 14 bolt on the truck now use the hubs from a dually and the front diskbrakes from a K30 4x4 and make adapters to fit the diskbrakecalipers on the flange that normally holds the brakeplate for the drumbrakes .
the 14 bolt axle on a single wheel C30 has the same width as a chassis cab axle the differense is in the hubs
the ones for a dually have the mounting for the wheels more inboard then the ones for a single wheel aplication .
the only thing that doesnt work are the huge brakedrums , because on a chassis cab axle the flanges that hold the brakeplate is welded closer to the diff
