Good so far.

I don't think that will be enough triangulation in those top bars to keep the axle from shifting side to side.

thanks

well i guess ill find out whenever i finaly get a chance to finishit and drive it , but if its not i might just sfbd it and build a whole new back half also but we will see

If it doesn't you could just add a panhard or watts link. Or I think you could weld the two into one to make a 3link. Hopefully someone a little smarter than me will chime in.

Did you get those link parts from S.D.? If I remember right you want somewhere between 30-35 degrees of angle between the bars. Thats a decent amount of tringulation. Any less and you will have movement side to side.I working on a pre runner ranger and from what I have done research on that is what they usually try to run when they do there 4-links. Some Hot rod and truck bilders go as much as 45 degrees. I hope this helps. Looks killer! I love square bodies. Good luck and keep us updated withlots of pics..

I'd be carefull with those old style Airlift bags. They are REAL soft and have a tendancy to pop out the endcaps if you bend them too much...front ends of the squarebodies bend a bit. The crimp rings don't take too well to stressing, and will fail over time if they are bent alot.

They are good and get the job done, but you have to know their limitations. I have used tons of these bags and won't run the old ones anymore.

Now don't get it twisted, the above bag was still working after four years, but you get what i'm saying. Plus the front end setup that was being used was a little sketchy...we changed it and put Airlifts new Dominator bags in...they work great!

The reason I would NOT use the now Dominators up front on your rig is cause of the type of setup you are currently running. The new bags will give you retarded amounts of lift, but will still balloon. Space looks to be at a premium with your current setup...use slams, they are stiffer and retain their shape better.

Don't get me wrong, I think that they make a quality product and I have had no problems with the guys at Airlift accepting warranty returns, but I would look into some slams with the front end setup you got going on. The Airlifts will balloon more than slams will, and if you are running that kinda LCA front...i'd be weary...my 2cents.

i plan on geting some slams befor i drive it to much but i had the airlift ones siting in the shed
