looks awsome! cant wait to see it done

This is fairly irrelevant but I will throw this out there for you to mull over

If you seen Ducks new dually it has the triple stack bags on it though. But they are both really close to the center of the rearend like that and that some bitch sways bad. As in car sickness bad.

He was gonna put a sway bar on it to help take care of that but hasnt yet.

He also has those fox shocks with the separate resevoir which are tuned wrong for the setup.

Just didnt want you to go through all the work of mounting the bags then take it for a spin and figure out it wont work.

Is he only running 4 valves? This is about the only place I have to put them. I've tried every which way but loose and that's the best place I got for em. There's noo room on the top of the axle here I wanted them and if I put them on the front they'd be in the way of the wishbone. So I'm gonna give it a shot. I've got 8 parkers for it so that should help alot of it. I'm not sure on rear shocks yet.. Haven't really gotten to that point. But good lookin out Brasky. Hopefully mine won't feel like a sailboat in a storm once it's done....lol

I also find that the higher you go out back with the air pressure the worse the sway gets. I am also going to fab up a sway bar for the rear of the dually. I am also "T"ed in the rear with no shocks yet....so I could be waaaaay off on this. I'm gonna run 8 1/2" valves so i'm going to set it up right and go from there.

Anyway you look at it Shady youre gonna have to run them like that. It's exactly what I figured it'd look like. Fab up some shock mounts and you'll be good.

If it rides real fucked up, (but I don't think it will) putting in a sway bar won't seem nearly as hard as figuring out another place to but those rear bags...looks friggin sweet!

t'ed in the rear is probably half of it and no shocks is the other half.

He's gonna get the lower bag mount fully welded tonight and the rear box plates welded in. Then gonna start plating in front of the notch so we can get the front crossmember in. That way we can get the wishbone setup. The rear should be done by the time the weekend is over thank god. Once we get all the rear done we have to hang the tanks, plumb it, get the holes in the firewall plated in, get the inner fenders in the bed built, yada yada. Then it'll be up to Richie to get er done So as it's lookin right now it'll make it to the Allstar Event.. I sure hope so!

I've got 8 parker 3/8's valves so that should help on the side to side sway. I dunno what I'm gonna do for shocks yet but once I figure out what will fit I'll buy the best ones I can get my hands on in this town then upgrade them to some Bilsteins or something later..

I'm just ready to get the bag job done so I can get back from ///RA and start on the Suicide doors.. We measured it out and I might just have room under the hood to fit these 24's and body drop it.. Just not sure if it'll be worth it all or not since this is just my damn tow pig for the Cadillac. lol

He has 8 valves.

One thing hurting him is that they are like 12" triple stack bags and when air up it the pressure is like 25 lbs.

You should be ok though since you have those little girly bags! AHAHAHAHAHAH!

duck had the sway bar in the new dually for scrapin the coast this year, and he said it was swaying less, but still there. he said he was leaning toward putting the rear bags individual, as they are t'ed for now. i like the rear setup ben, looks good.
