Flips Dually

Got a shitbox in the shop from Tulsa, OK. Got tons of sheetmetal work to do, some custom and some reconstructive.



Got started by shaving the tailights, but when i went to sand the paint away i found the entire quarterpanel was mud

So i cut it off and made a bigger filler for the tailight


I didnt like how the tailgate was wider than the bedrails so made a filer there too, ill just have to narrow the gate later.

and heres the drivers side done

nice work. i love the upside down trailer hitch the only problem is when you flip it back to tow with it ehhhhh im not so sure that safe. haha

nice progress seems like ur picking up alot of vustom jobs as of late

So im beginning to think the truck is cursed, just setback after setback, wrong parts sent, no parts sent, ect.
So far ive been sent the wrong bumper, valance, and rollpan. Ontop of that i ordered LED caddys and they never showed up after nearly 3 weeks of waiting. But i must move on!
Redid the front marker lights



got the bed sheetmetal going

(tight squeeze eh)

he wants to be able to haul his busa in the bed so i made some accomidations


replaced these

with these


Made my own g*ddam rollpan/combo skin



Then everyone will find the tailights familiar


And lastly i put the gas door in the bedfloor



Still gotta shave the drivers side gasdoor and front marker light, pull the bed off and rebuild the under structure, mount the gas and airtanks, train horns, and finish the halfgate.
