It is a weird detail and some of us do care.

Someone on here grafted a section in to carry the bodyline, looked REAL nice, dammit if I forgot the guy's nick. He was posting it here not long ago, white crew, truck was for sale.

The first time I noticed it, it was on a custom truck, I asked the kid "why did you shave only that part of the body line?" I hadn't really noticed it before that. It would be pretty easy to remedy, especially for a talented body man.

we are doing that also all i am going to do is go to a junkyard and cut up a x-cab or reg cab and just graft it in

OK, found it! It was Travis B,

'bout middle down the 3rd page is where he starts adding the body line. Build photos link on the last page. IIRC he said he used the body line from a junk tailgate he had sitting around.

ok did some minor body work today and was tired of drivin a pok a dot truck so we sanded it and primed it with black tinted primer, man we busted ass on this today
