Sounds like a big project. There is alot of the things you have listed that are not necessary unless you just need/want to do them and some of the stuff doesnt go with other parts. Just dont want you to buy some parts and find that they will not work with others you may already have.

Let me know if you need some help/advise on the wheels and/or suspension and I will be more than happy to help you. We also have a parts truck if you need some replacement stuff you cannot find.

As far as the suspension goes and the airbags I am planning and whatnot I use this truck to haul a fair amt. of weight. The last haul I did I crossed the scales just over 26K. I am not looking at having my truck lay frame with the bags just a little better ride.

What parts are you talking about that won't work together more detail for some advise would be great.

A lot of things will be complete custom made things. I have access to a full engine machine shop and regular machine shop so I will make the majority of all my parts or modify parts to work about the only prebuilt parts I am going to be buying is the engine and trans stuff and some exterior parts.

Should have the headlights, and other front end stuff next week then I will start modifying the 2 05-07 F bumpers I wish I could post a pic of the drawing I made of the F bumper to show what the plan is. Essentially I will cut the bottom half off the second bumper and combine it to the 1st to make it taller but add fillers to keep the holes the same size and shape as a normal one and then take a 2nd gen 08-09 air dam under it (abt. 6 in deep air dam, trying to keep air out from under the truck and)

I will get some pics up this week of what I have done so far and where I am starting from
