sick build bro, this is my dream truck, a nice solid crew cab ford!

just remember, trolls are gonna troll, and haters gonna hate.

nice progress so far, is there any other way to work other than outside?lol

well call it what you will... my first comment was alittle sarcastic..yes..its the internet! but i was mentioning it so that in the off chance, that the locator or the shock mounts were missed you could correct it before you get to much further. I know i hate going back and redoing shit, but thats me.

I like the build, the truck is going to be bad when its done. There has always been something about that body style ford that tickles my fancy.

So it seems you have got it all under control, so Ill watch the build quietly from here out. good luck with it and keep the progress pics coming.

cant believe this lil argument was still going. first off, scatters comment was freakin funny. and just as domestic noticed, there was much sarcasm involved. it was all in fun . on a serious side, scatter was just pointing out his observations. i also wondered the same thing, i just never got around to asking. no biggie. and jeff, i wouldnt go as far as to say anything about trolling, because i do believe you would be just as guilty. last you really were around, i wanna say you were playing fast n furious.lol. jus saying. jus a fyi domestic, scatter is quite the suspension and frame building machine.and is very knowledgable. now time to sound like an after school special, we are all here for same reason. love of the dually. haha so lets get back to the show !!!!

Got a bit more done this weekend. Been held up a couple weeks because of a burnt of wiring harness on a welder. Got that fixed finally and now got a few things done. Finally got the shock mounts welded on and got the track bar made and installed. I should have this thing up and going very very soon. I cant wait to drive this thing............

Also got my Bros truck out of the garage and on the road finally........

got my air tank mounted and bags and valves plumbed up. I dont have the compressors in and mounted yet so im filling the tank to move the truck with the garage compressor.

i know im chiming a lil late and please dont take this negatively. i like the build, but that crossmember you notched for the drive shaft and mounted the upper bars to, did you gusset it anymore besides the piece of 2x2? thats a heavy ass truck and a lot of stress on that crossmember that wasnt designed to hold that weight especially with the bags mounted on those bars. dont take it negatively, im just curious. other than that, props for tackling a ford dually. i had the almost identical truck i was gonna do, ended up tradin it.

yea its got more gussets on it. i was taking pictures as i could to post progress. I appreciate the insight on that.
