Here she is, needing much help. I already put some wheels and tires on the left rear, but in so doing, it seems the hub is loose. Maybe the spindle nut needs tightening, or maybe the bearings are bad.

Anyway, it had a 390 / C6, I'm dreaming of a Cummins 6BT 5.9L, but probably going to start with a Detroit 6.2 and a 700R-4.

The front brakes are drums
Gotta find a salvage-yard solution.

The entire bed has to go, it's ALL rotten wood, the only metal is what's visible in the pics.

The rear axle is 7' behind the cab, so the bed is 10'

I got my chainsaw out of storage today, tomorrow I hope to attack that rotten, broken bed.
I've also been looking at wheels and tires. For me, the best option is a new set of 16x6" wheels rather than trying to save these 16.5" wheels
