I hope so I think my stocks tires are around the same diameter as semi wheels so it should lay out if not i can always stepup the lower arms. I guess I'll see what else I have to do as I go along

Sick! i like what you done to the bed...2 thumbs up....cant wait to see it back together...

dont feel bad.... it has taken me over 5 years of having my truck torn apart in my driveway to get where i am today...

dont give up on it... it is worth it in the end....its even better when you can tell everybody you built it with your own hands......

Thanks sparky your truck was actually the fisrt one I saw on this forum and the one that made me want to chop mine up. I guess I could relate to your build since our shop layouts are about the same.

I was of this morning from my second job so I made the most of it and welded the rails up and chopped off the old section of frame

bad ass work man! I am considering chopping my bed - and had the same idea on splitting it in the middle(since the your cutting out the bed floor there anyway). Cool to see someone else done it that way- and it worked good.LOL

Keep up the work! nice pics too.

yeah it made sense to cut it down the middle because it's less welding and less chance of warping plus all you have to do is cut your wheel well back to the original size

well between working 2 jobs and spending time with the wife and I managed to work on the truck for a bit today
