Pics of the lower arms extended, tie rods extended, and ds upper arm done. Working on the ps arm now and should be mostly done with it tonight. Then I can bolt the front suspension together with new ball joints and get it back on wheels, first time in months. Got my intake installed the other day so just some little things to wrap up on the front and 2 big things. need to body work and finish ds fender, and more body work on ps fender, bolt up hood, grille, and bumper and build shock mounts, but those are gonna wait till later. I want to tear into the rear end real soon.

Well finally got the front end back together all except grill and bumper. Still need to do body work on the ds fender and get it aligned. Now that I can lay it out found out that I dont have to do anything with rear suspension which is a huge relief and lots of work that I dont need to do. I just need to widen and raise the dually fenders and them the rear will be done. Hopefully I will have it road worthy by june 1st. Been a long time coming and got a bit more excited to get it finished.

I started widening and raising my fenders. Already were 2" wider when I put the 19's on a few years back and have to go another 2.5" wider and 3 inches taller. Oh what fun this is. I am bracing the heck out of them but am worried when I take the off to start laying matting and resin the will move out of shape. Thinking of putting one or 2 layers on the outside before taking them off to do the inside, any thoughts?

That doesn't sound like a bad idea at all, I'd rather do a lil now than have to cut it apart and re-do it again. Trucks lookin good though, you have come a long ways.

Thanks! It has taken way too long and am excited to being close to getting it on the road. I think I am going to layer the outside first, then take them off and do the insides.

Havent had much time to update progress, as I have been busy trying to get it road ready. I have the front end back on and both front fenders in primer, almost everything under the hood is done, all I have to do is run a copper line from my edc to my tank. I have one rear fender raised and widened and back on in primer. The other is on its way back together, almost half done with the resin and matting then need to do the filler and get it primed and back on. Then all that is left is to get it aligned and drive it. Hopefully this winter I can finish all of the body work and get it painted. Also need to build a new sub box for 10 12" alpine type r's. but I will work on that after its on the road
