This is my 1991 dually f350 that I trade an explorer for because I wanted to get low and be different from all my friends. This truck has always been a dream to me because I've only ever seen a couple of them bagged/juiced of this body style and this is by far my favorite era of truck body styling. The truck started pretty much stock and I purchased and had built/helped build everything on this truck im currently saving up money to do an a arm swap like the Reyna truck. the truck features ss8s rear on a bag on bar setup using a custom fabbed 4 link a ten inch step notch. As well as gc extreme 450 psi dual speed half inch valves using a 9 gallon tank the truck features all half inch line and am currently piecing together the interior as budget allows. As you can see I transfered over a 95 bronco front clip to update the look to the front clip I prefer. The truck also features GG lighting 8k hids as well as a dual speed controller thats about it right now.

Hey everyone had some issues with the work the guy did on the back half of my truck and am now redoing some of it and I'm switching gears to make it gooseneck friendly i have contitech semi bags to go on it and I'm wondering if I could do a 2 link bag over axle and not have side to side issues or if I should do my 4 link but just move my upper links or build a watts for it ??

Keep in mind that if you choose the two link/ trailing arm set up you will not keep the pinion angle the same through the range of motion. But to answer your question if you go that route I would use either a panhard bar pr better yet a watts link. I'm going with a wishbone setup on top and two bars on the bottom, but on my car I'm building its goiong to get a parallel 4-link and a watts link. Good luck.

yeah like irodder said, with a trailing arm style 2-link, your pinion never stays at the same pitch. my truck is set up this way. i have got to drive it yet, but my outlook on it is, semi-trucks have used it forever. the main difference is, they dont try make this much travel useful. :/ i wish i woulda chose a parallel 4 link, for what its worth.

I started to think about this and if you are going to use a goose/5th wheel plate you would be better off to keep the 4 link and put your bags on top of the axle, it will tow so much better. But if you choose the trailing arm setup you should run a panhard or watts link to tow without any swaying, that could be a bad deal to start swaying pulling a trailer.
