Just but a 1986 crew cab dually for a father and son project.Now don't wana start a thread war but i want to bag this thing as low as i can w/o z the frame.Any help be great.

you can lay it down without z'ing the frame. from my understanding peepz Z the frame to be able to lay the body down. but you can lay frame without doing the Z. Drop spindles, cuping the lower arms, and a 4 link rear end or a simple c notch will lay it out ffor you.

To lay full true frame,u have to. Z your frame. Some trucks are closer than others,but u can't escape it.

Well I don't want to z the frame.I would c notch and do the controll arms,but which kit should i got with,would go with either the factory 16 " or 17 " and what size of tire could i use,also want to keep towing with it.Wow sounds like my wife i want i want.

I understand man. If u got. big bux,u could run the porterbuilt dropmember.that eliminates having to. Z z ur frame.as far as a kit goes,so many to pick from.

Yup...you can buy a more bolt on kit,check out. Billys build thread.titled 79 crewcab build,and u can do a porterbuilt kit,or u could piece ur kit up. Depends on time,skill,ect
