my 79' Dually

many may remember this truck....

the entire build is documented on this site.

the orginal builder sold it ...its been flipped around acouple times..
I took it in as trade, and plan to give the pig a nice home for a long time.



My donor truck just arrived:


Im keeping the front clip from donor, along with the 4 doors, then parting out the 350/700r4/np208.


Mods currently in the works:

I gotta cut the humps on the front, and weld in flat-plate so the front seats fit as low as possible...and fab the rear mounts for the bench.

then to the body shop.... soon after to the upholstery shop (get everything wrapped in Alcantara suede)....then the audio shop... the bumpers and headers will get sent to the powdercoating shop!

I like those seats alot! mine are out of a cobolt, i wish i had something with a rear cup holder setup like that.!!

I want that front clip! I have been wanting to put the early clip on my '86 for years, ever sense I lost my '76. If you wanna move that entire clip off the '79, just let me know. I'd be happy to come and get it from ya
