Redoing a 01 Silverado 1500 Dually conversion

Bought this truck with what I thought was tranny issues and a couple other little problems. Ended up having a lot more rigs and things done wrong then I ever imagined. And the rear end was toast.
Day I bought it.

So some things that were done wrong
Top plate of flip kit welded to the rear end upside down.
3 different pair of rims Chevy, ford, dodge. Cut springs, rear u joint loose because it is not the right one. Extended one thing rod but made the steering wheel upside down. 1500 rear springs with a leaf helper only on one side so it was leaning..
New tranny

Removed broken jump seat and made a sub enclosure centercconsole

How it sits now

How did they do the front suspension? I looked at this truck but didn't have the money at the time. Its something that I have wanted to do to my 1500.

they put 3500 drop spindles with all dually hubs and brakes on the stock 1500 a arms but the upper a arm had to be machine to accept the larger upper ball joint.then i had to extended the outer tie rods 1 inch.
