Ok guys I'm new here but I hereby reserve this space for pics of my build.

I'll start posting build pics within the week.

Ok so I'm a lil later than promised but here's some pics.

Got it home and tore down, have a pic somewhere of what it looked like when I pulled it in but I'm terrible with pics and I'm sure all you guys know what a factory truck looks like.

You can see the Cummins drivetrain donor in the driveway beside the dually.

Made a pie cut in the frame, removed some metal, beat it back together and welded it up so the control arm doesn't hit it when folded up.

Motor and trans out.

Tranny tunnel cut out, raised 4 inches, and temporarily set in place. Don't want to make it permanent until the diesel and 47rh is in place.

Today I got the frame out from under it.
Man, being by yourself, with only a jack, some jack stands, and a couple beams completely sucks to pull a frame.

Anyway... frame out...

frame hacked...

welded in some 2x4x0.25 box steel and trimmed off bottom edge of frame...

Gotta love the freak rain storms out of no where with the sun shining that put an end to production...

I at least got both rails made. I'll weld it all together tomorrow with the Z and plate it all, and likely have to notch for tierods.

Ok got the frame finished up today. Hopefully get painted this evening and back under the truck tomorrow and hang all the suspension and see how it sits.

Rails reattached to the front and rear clip, flipped it over for the easy underside welding. Went ahead and notched for tierods, and plated the frame inside the z with 1/4" plate
