1996 CC long wheel base, swapping 454/4l80 for 5.3/6l80

Spun a rod in the 454 got a great deal on a 2010 5.3L with 6L80 trans, looking for tips to aid in the swap. Seen this done on 1500 series trucks, shouldn't be too much different am I right?

Looking for general tips and things to watch out for.

Truck is long wheelbase 2wd and bagged.

Just an update on the swap, this morning disconnected most of the electronics. Going to put air in the tank and drain all the fluids and pull the radiator to get ready for the motor pull.
