Project Elvira (79 C30)

Well I wasn't going to start a build tread until I had another daily so I could tear into my c30 and had parts.....however I scraped a bunch if road grime and crude from the area above the cowl but below the windshield and discovered a horrible rust patch and hoped that someone could help point me in the right direction.....
