Run Hub piloted and most of what I've seen is running stock rims on the inners. I've seen some guys run all 6 but if I remember right the semi's are pretty thick and you might have some problems with stud length.

Call Trevor over at Tennessee Wheel and Tire. He'll get ya all fixed up and can answer any question about anything semi wheel related that you think of.

Hub pilot.....and it all depends on what money u want/can spend how many semis to run..im def goin to run 6...i cant stand the look of the teen inner next to semi..

Im running all 6 on mine....wouldnt do it any other way i hate the small inner look....my adaptors had studs plenty long enough to run 4 rears....but they are gonna stick out past fenders out back unless you run Trevors Tow Nasty wheels

Im running 4 with stock inners, no problems here

With stock inners do u still have to machine the wheels to get them to clear the dually fenders

I'm not sure you gunna clear your fenders even with fancy machine work but I could be wrong. I'm gunna run all 6 on mine but I'm planning on having to widen my fenders but I'm going to have to raise them already so why not just widen them also. Why not just run Tow Nastys if your worried about clearance?? Im not sure how their different it I've seen them clear on a few trucks. I'm guessing they just don't have such an extra offset.
