C&C rear hub part number ?

i've been looking for a C&C rear end for my dually. i am lowering it with semi wheels and need the C&C axle to clear the flares. i've read you can just use a SRW rear end with C&C rear hubs to make it a C&C rear end.

i can get SRW rear ends for cheap, but i can't get C&C rear hubs without a part number. anyone know what it is ?
