Vortech 454 Motor Mods

I have a 2000 chevy c3500 with 7.4L vortech 454. I am looking to make more hp and not sure which parts to go with or where to begin. Looking to get new heads , cam , intake , and headers. Any suggestions on other engine mods or which exact heads/cams etc... would best work for my dually. My ultimate goal is to smoke my 22s from a dead stop. any help would be greatly appreciated !
