Tire size?

Been a while since I built a lowered a truck. I have a question. I'm building a 95 singlecab c3500. I putting a 5/7 drop on it. I'm keeping the stock steel wheels on it. My question is, what size tires to run on stock 16" steel wheels?

225/75/16 is the smallest lt tire, but will rub a bit on the front when turning. When I had 16's I ran a 215/70/16 suv tire and had no issues towing or anything with them. They still rubbed a touch but not near as bad as the 225/75 did. Lots of people ran like a 225/50 or 60 too without problems but look way too small and also run high rpms at highway speeds
