Brake caliper and rotor question

Hey guys, can anybody tell me if the brake rotors and calipers from a 1989 1 ton are compatible and interchangeable with my 2000 Crew Cab? I came across a pretty good deal on both which will allow for me to get some parts sent to the powder coated and prepped prior to install. Thanks one and all.

Very unlikely. Parts like that rarely interchange between body styles.
At the very simplest, the rotors won't have the tone ring required for the 4-wheel antilock brake system on your 2000. Some people probably wouldn't care about that, but still, I doubt they would even fit.
Anyway easiest way to check is just look up part #'s for the same parts using either year model, on a parts site like NAPA, Rockauto, etc. and you're bound to see they are different part #'s.
