New Member!

Hows' it going all? I'm a newbie, so I'll just intorduce myself. My name is Christian Powell, 23 years old. Happily married for nearly three years with a daughter who will be two years old the 24th of this month. I work construction by dayand have dreams about my B2200 by night. Speaking of.. I will give you the status on my project. I have a white 88 shortbox that I bought from my neighbor for $300, I have a red one of the same year and style that was given to me and finally, I have an 87 thunderbird TurboCoupe that also was given to me. So, if you pu 2&2 together, I have a complete rust-free truck that has a 2.3L turbo motor that is to be donated to it. Well, that's the scoop. You guys will probably hear from me a lot in the next several year, because that is the minimum that it is going to take me to complete my project. welcome to the site. i was trying to look into doing the same swap on my truck. just finished putting a 2.3l turbo in a 89 lx mustang for one of my buddies we are still working bugs out but i think it should run pretty good.

welcome & good luck w/ur project! sounds like uv'e gotten to a good start - & something i've been contemplating as well (swap from TurboCoupe donor) - can't wait to see some pics when ya get to it! Good Luck again!

yeah! BOOOOOOSSSSTTTTT! i was thinking on doing a turbo in my other truck too, i wanted it to slide sideways under its own power and on dry pavement, but i need some cash,
