first off this is the best site ive found about the mazda b-series truck!!
i was linked to it from mazdatruckin.com and this site(mazdabscene) is much better
i picked up a 1987 mazda b2200 my stepbrothers dad gave it to me before he moved to kentucky he said he wouldnt use it and if i wanted it i could have it
so i got a tow dolly and my bosses truck and towed it home
i was told it had a blown headgasket so i got it home and tried to start it just to see if it would run
it did start without water in it but as soon as i put water in it it was in the cylinders so i pulled the head to find a hole in the combustion chamber in the #4 cylinder going directly into the coolant passage
i already bought a top end gasket kit,water pump,and new timing belt w/pulleys so now i need a head in good working order and i just found one in tampa that i will be picking up this week off of a running motor
first mods include electric fan and a new bracket i made at work to get rid of the fan pulley
and as soon as it runs and i drive it around the block and then
im going to pull the box and start bagging the rear w/ 4link
as for the front ive been looking for detailed pictures of front bag mounts and such like how you guys are mounting the shocks any and all help is appreciated and maybe a link to some pics of a detailed front bag setup
