ok found out that its the carb the prob with that is no onbe knows wat kind of carb it is i was told it might be a honda carb idk im still learnin bout most of this but if ne one know where i can get a carb for cheap or help with the one i get it would be great u can email me at thanks for all the help.....charles

You might want to take a photo and post it, that would help a lot. If you unbolted the carb look for any manufacturer markings or stamping this will aid in identifying it too.

A member here has a Weber for sale at a good price, you can also check ebay.

ok the pic i can do but the only markins on it is 705 and 923 thats it beside a sticker where the air filter sits but its been rubbed off or taken off advance auto parts couldnt identify it. but i will put the pic on as soon as i can.
