title problem?????

im just havn no luck with this truck....i seem to have misplaced the title can i take the vin number to the license bureau and file for a new title even though i didnt get to send it off? i know ill have to get it signed byt the guy i bought it from but can i file for a new title or is that something that he will have to do?

so i cant do ne thing? well it looks like i mite have a mazda for sale new head gasket fuel pump thermostat and gasket grant streering wheel the chain link one and it needs the carb rebuilt ne one interested lol

Why not just go to the guy, with the cash in hand for the reissue of the title and ask him to file it and you'll cover the costs.

No one smart will give much for a vehicle without a title. Besides it sounds like you've already invested a little bit of time and money in it.

problem with that is idk the guy and i got the truck through a supposed friend that rip me he messed up the front bumper blew the head gasket and told me he didnt know ne thing about it....and i cant find the guy that owned b4 him cause my friend didnt transfer it into his name......parts? i also have a 92 nissan nx 1600 t-top five speed fart pip electric gauges mite also be for sale lol

if you can find the guy have him sign a bill of sale...stateing that the title was lost...it takes a lot but you can get it retitled in ur name iv dont it..but like i said it takes a lot...and i dont remember all the steps
