hello....new to site and mazdas

Hello mazdascene I am Jay from Texas and new to this site and to Mazdas in general....
I am picking up a 82 sundowner at the end of march...
its in pieces right now gotta put the rebuilt engine back in and get it road ready...
Its going to be a driver....maybe not daily but i will drive it....

will post pics and more info and questions when I get it home...

Welcome to the site, sounds like a good project. A lot of owners of that year range have problems with the stock motor.

What is a good replacement......my budget is kinda tight...the engine has a fresh rebuild......if I am happy with it the over all feel of the truckmaybe a turbo v6 in its future....
