There's no need to go that radical. You can get quite a low static ride without sacrificing ride quality that much. There's a tech section covering it all. Check it out. There's also a photo post thread of the "Lowest Static Truck" pics

Basic things: Up front, reindex torsion bars, flip bj's, short shocks, remove bumpstops. In the rear, remove all leaves except the overload spring and the main spring. 3" blocks, (don't go bigger than this). Overload on the bottom of main puts you down within an inch of the axle hitting the frame. To go any lower you'll need to notch the rear frame, and then you can put the overload on top of the main. Oh yeah, air shocks help in the rear.

thanks..but i lost one bar on the road,so i took out the other..oh and i 4got i ride on 13s...i put the pup shocks and did the back with the mono drop...i love the way it looks..i dont mind the ride..wish i can get it lower in the back...
