I have owned a 91 b2200 for about 2 years now and I am constantly having problems: problem started in cold and rain, hesitation at different speeds and uneven acceleration.

I'm thinking about replacing the carb or finding a fuel injection kit.

Also the box is pretty rusted out so I'm trying to find a replacement for it.

I live in Toronto,Canada so local stuff would be great

Welcome to bscene! Standard cab? short bed? long bed? ext cab?

I'm not too far from you. I go to Toronto at least once a month. I have a complete std cab short bed parts truck.

yea i hear weber is the way to go. however if your funds are short at the time like mine, u could try tweeking air and fuel alil, maybe run some sea foam and clean the egr. did wonders to my truck as the screw was turned all the way clockwise. (fuel i think) and was runnin real real rich. and my egr was clogged. if u run sea foam, clean or replace your plugs afterwords. it leaves crap all over them
