Front end swaying/wobbling

I have an 89 b2200 bagged front and rear....When im on the freeway and I hit bumps the front end sways and wobbles, what can I do to stop this......im fairly new to this but not entirely clueless...

when the front of my truck did that, it was around corners and the front would shift to the outside of the corner in mid turn, scary as hell and hard to control, ended up being my idler arm on the right side. but im not bagged so idk if u even have one of those. lol

I somewhat had that issue in my dakota... its like it would load and reload from side to side... I called it the death wobble..scared the crap out of me...I had just pulled my shocks because one of them was shot...So i assume this is what my issue was..... I replaced front shocks and put my sway bar back in.. and that cured my issue

Could be a total different issue...But something to check anyways.

If your sway bar is gone/missing it will cause that mine does it
