Hey guys, figured id start out here. i just picked up an 88' B2200 for 500 bucks. things actually real nice (really nice to me meaning that it runs and drives real well and thats about it). 108k on the odometer, brand new clutch, etc. this is my first time in the mini truck scene coming over from euros.

Im in the scranton, pa. area. i break stuff alot. (thank you, craters that develop in PA roads...)

yeah i actually have to go pick it up soon today and ill get some pics. only problem it has is the lines on the fuel pump are pretty badly rusted from sitting for two years. but i drove it for about a half hour last night just to see if anything catastrophic happened, but it was solid. i guess the guys wife just wants it the hell gone.

hell yea. one mans junk is anothers treasure. my truck would have been scrapped if i hadent forgot my laptop for work one day. i had to go back home to get it and figured id stop where the truck was sittin and ask cause i had just wrecked my other b n needed a ride. dude said i can sign it over now $400 bux, just pick it up when u can. so i did and he did and i got it towed home after work by the same guy who towed my wrecked b. funny how things just kinda work out.

welcome! I'm from pa originally so I know what you mean about the roads and salt in the winter... trucks out here in AZ are so much cleaner.

yeah i gave up on anything nice haha. especially these winters. im a fan of the cheap spraypaint jobs and small wheels/ stretched tires. and im especially happy after i found these trucks are so inexpensive to get on the ground. i might actually paint this now that i wont be dropping thousands on suspension

i painted my hole front end with regular can spray pain, it looks good. had a buddy paint the hood of my old truck at a shop with some cheap rustoleum paint and clear coat, looked like regular car paint.
