Hello from Austin, TX!

Sup everybody just picked up a 91 b2600i 5 speed with 130k on it. Pretty straight truck no rust or anything but needs a little work. I tried searching to find a service manual on this engine but cant find one. Seeing if anybody had one they would be willing to PM me with or email me with?

So far the truck has a lifter tick that goes away after its warmed up and after oil flush and fresh change its still there...

It does have a new head on it but im not sure how good the previous person was that worked on it cause its giving me signs of a bad head gasket...havent even driven the damn thing 20 miles lol drove it from the little dealer to my shop. Anyways happy to be on the forum if anybody could hook me up with that manual that be the bomb!

Ill take some pics at work tomorrow. Its not a looker...yet lol. Clean interior though its all there not torn up or anything like that. If I could just get the engine issues worked out it would be all gravy!

Nice and clean looking truck!! You mentioned a B2600i that's rare especially that it's a 2WD truck.

check autozone for the haynes manual thats where i got mine. lets see some pics of the beauty.

Thanks for all the props guys! Ive got the haynes manual but the service manual is usually more precise about torque specs and such. I may just zoom over to one of our mazda dealers and see about getting one or a PDF format of one. Ill snap some more pics soon. Its super clean on the inside and the engine is too. Besides oil consumption and lifter tick lol.
