dropped in the rockies

Greetings from colorado. I recently got the itch to get another mini, so i found a 91 b2200 se-5 for cheap and picked it up. She is a bit rumpled in a few places....but with a new bed and such im hoping she will clean up. Here is the kicker....its got a g6 swap in it ... not bad for $750



after some work,a little spray paint and a 3" static drop...




i have cut down the front bumps and put small buttons on them, should be getting notched very soon mostly for a little more travel

Nice lookin truck once ya smooth it out, and any pics of the engine?

just remember the excab bed is different than the reg cab bed.

awesome...thanx for the offer....im re installing the intake mani today....waiting on my lash adjusters to show up (i have 8 of 12...same stupid hydraulics as the efi b2200) those will be in thursday....maybe afterwards i can do a foco run but it will have to wait till after tour de fat

from what ive read the g6 dosent get it as bad...but mine does it lol...so obviously still an issue...meh life goes on...maybe i can find a solid lifter conversion that i can setup for a traditional adjustable setup...the more i dig into this truck the more interesting it gets... it has a newer ecu and as far as i can tell a 90/91 g6 (just by parts etc that i found and references to numbers etc i dunno for sure) ecu is tagged 9/03... a bunch of the trim is definetely junkyard scores, wich leads me to beleive the swap was done by the same person and prob a whole lot of love put into it. The person i got it from's brother was using it to haul scrap..alot of the damage incurred from that i can tell...its all new damage aside from the door...gonna get a better one soon. Where is the condensor supposed to be at? i have all the ac stuff on the engine...but didnt notice a condensor anywhere yet. If its radiator mounted im just going to pull all that stuff off...... sworry for the novel...its my first mazda ive always had nissans and toyota 4x4 trucks so some of the no brainer b series stuff is still a mystery to me
