I've change the water pump, thermostat and I got a new fan clutch but the fun clutch is for a manual transmission and my truck is automatic I don't know if that's the problem or the reason the truck still running hot! Can somebody help me with my problem

What are the driving conditions when it overheats? Highway, city, random???

Check the actual coolant temp with an infrared thermometer before you throw any more money at it because the truck might not actually be running hot, it might just be a problem with the gauge, sender, or other electrical issues. I thought I had a problem with my cooling system but it turned out to be bad grounds causing my temp gauge to read wrong.

Ok thanks for the replies! And the truck runs hot when I'm on traffic! If I go down a hill the temp gets back to normal so idk if the fun clutch is what's wrong because like I said im using a fun clutch for a manual transmission on a automatic Trans. Could that be the problem?

Sounds to me like the radiator is plugged up.

No, it's an airflow problem. I think the fan clutch is the right thing to look at.

In your instance, you state that you're using the wrong fan clutch. Always fix first what you KNOW is wrong, like the fan clutch for you. Also, does your truck have the correct fan shroud for automatic and the correct fan blade itself? Yes, manual and automatics are different for these.
