Hey Nick, I'm in New Paltz. How about you?

I still have my house in Buffalo but I am currently in NC. I am back and forth between my two homes.

That's cool, I've never been to Buffalo, or too many places further up state. It's easy to forget how big of a state it is. I grew up in NYC. Good idea to head south in the winter!
